QiGong

  • Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. Qigong is therefore sometimes translated as "vital energy cultivation" or "mastery of your energy." This class will cover the basic concepts of Qi Gong. Posture, relaxed deep breathing, flowing movement and a basic understanding of mind-body connection will be discussed. This is a great class to improve body awareness and balance.

  • Qigong Weekend will consist of sensitivity training and understanding how to tap into the chaotic energy flux, and instead of resisting it or trying to manage it, we learn to access amazing creative energetic resources within it. Wuji Hundun form has shamanic Taoist roots and its 18 moves are unique in how they activate and align the energy body/Wei Qi Field. This 800-year-old empowering Qigong style has been passed down from our 107-year-old GrandMaster Duan Zhi Liang of China.

Table Thai Massage

  • Bring Thai Massage to the table! Learn Traditional Thai Massage techniques with some modification to perform working on the table vs the floor. Gain knowledge of the 10 major Thai sen lines and combine Thai Table Massage with Swedish Massage along with stretching and joint rotation.

  • This blended 8 hours CE class is designed for continuing education for License Massage Therapist, 4 hours of online content and 4 hours of hands on training.

Intro to Wood Therapy

  • This intro class to Wood Therapy, you will learn how to use various wooden tools to target zones on the body to help break apart stubborn fat & smooth out unwanted bulges. You will also gain knowledge on the activation of the lymphatic system which help speed up the metabolism. This technique has many effects such as: toning, firming effect of the skin, elastin/collagen of the skin, reduce the accumulation of stored volume, cellulite reduction and improving blood circulation.

  • This course is designed for Estheticians and Licensed Massage Therapists who are interested in Wood Therapy. 10 CE hours total with 2 hours of reading materials & 8 hours of hands-on in class.

    A tool set must be purchased before the start of class. 5-piece tool set are $65 additional.

Gua Sha Lymphatic Facials

  • This blended class is 8 CEU hours designed for our Estheticians and Massage Therapist.

Fire Cupping

  • This class is designed for continuing education for License Massage Therapist. Learn the art of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fire Cupping. Gain knowledge of both Basic Cupping Therapy & TCM meridian points to integrate with your massage sessions for maximum results for your clients.

  • This 8 hours CE is a blended class, includes online materials & 4 hours of hands on training.

Tui Na Massage

  • Chinese Tuina is an external therapeutic method that is guided both by Traditional Chinese Medical theories and those of modern medicine. It expounds upon and researches the use of manipulation therapy and self-cultivation training to prevent and cure illness.

    Learn manipulation techniques, requirements of Tuina & Tuina Media to obtain a medicinal effect.

  • This blended 8 hours continuing education class is designed for License Massage Therapist, 4 hours of online content and 4 hours of hands on training.

Business Ethics

  • This Business & Ethics continuing education class is designed for Licensed Massage Therapist.

  • This class will cover 3 hours of ethics & 3 hours of Business on various subjects including but not limited to: business principles for massage therapist, boundaries, ethical behavior, marketing strategies, knowledge between employees, independent contractors, entrepreneurs, taxes & law.

Intro to Essential Oils, Herbs & Tinctures

  • This class will provide in depth knowledge of the chemistry, history, and blending of essential oils. Learn about many of the essential oils properties and benefits that help heal the skin, body and psyche. Understand the pharmacology and pharmakinetics of these vital extracts. This is a hands-on class. Each participant will blend and take home the formulations that they have created.

Ashiatsu

  • This class is designed for continuing education for License Massage Therapist. This 16 hours CE class is a hybrid class, 8 hours online & 8 hours hands on.

  • The majority of this class will be focused on learning the application of Basic Ashiatsu barefoot massage techniques.

    Limited 6 students per class.

Hot Bamboo

  • Bamboo Massage is a practice that incorporates the use of bamboo (hot or not) and rattan tools (wooden). Learn techniques of Hot Bamboo Massage for deep tissue work & become one with the bamboo tool minimize stress on the arm, hands and fingers.

  • This blended 8 hours continuing education class is designed for License Massage Therapist.

Gua Sha

  • In this class we will go over TCM meridians and learn the different techniques of Gua Sha. You will also learn how to apply as an add-on to your services or as single sessions. Gua Sha tool sets will be available for purchase in class for additional $15.

  • This blended 8 hours continuing education class is designed for Licensed Massage Therapist, 4 hours of online & 4 hours of hands-on in class.

Intro to Traditional Chinese Medicine

  • Traditional Chinese Medicine has been practiced since 2500 BCE. In this class you will learn the concept of Yin & Yang, Qi energy, Five elements, energy channels and acupoints. The aim of TCM is to restore and maintain natural balance and harmony in the body, mind and spirit.

    Our Qi Gong Moving Meditation class is recommended.

Yin Yoga

  • Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. For beginners, asanas may be held from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians in Chinese medicine and as nadis in Hatha yoga. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

Sound Bath

  • Join us on a journey to self-discovery through our Sound Bath. A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. The intentions is to change & help balance your energy through various frequency through our crystal singing bowls that creates a state of harmony to clear discordance from your energy fields.

    You will experience deep relaxation, an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness & access to inner visionary experiences and inner peace.

  • Attendees can bring yoga mats, blankets & pillows if you wish for comfort. This class takes place with the listeners lying on the floor to achieve a full body experience.

Qi Touch

  • Qi Touch is a powerful energy healing technique that works with life force energy – a universal vibration of love and well-being. Also known as Qi in Chinese, life force energy is the flow of energy that sustains all living beings.

    Qi Touch teaches us how to focus, amplify, and direct this energy to promote optimal wellness for our clients and for ourselves. If you struggle to find relief from physical or emotional issues and nothing has helped; Qi Touch energy healing might be the solution for you.

    Qi Touch are methods of hands-on healing that literally must be seen to be believed. Employing only a very light touch on yourself or others, you can profoundly accelerate the body’s own healing response. Beyond structural realignment, pain and inflammation are quickly reduced, while organs, systems and glands become balanced.

Intro to Structural Integration

  • Intro to Structural Integration through Hellerwork - This 8-hour continuing education course will give you an understanding and practical experience of working with the 3 dynamic components that is used in Hellerwork. This class will provide deeper knowledge of how these components interact to create greater personal awareness in oneself as well as others.

    Components that will be covered are: Basic Fascial Anatomy, Bodywork, Movement & Dialogue.

    This class is a perquisite for the advance class in Structural Integration through Hellerwork which will consist of in dept bodywork.
