    Phanomvan is a dedicated wellness professional with over a decade of experience in massage therapy, medical Qigong, and cosmetology. As a licensed massage therapist, Qigong master, and owner of Essential Elements Institute of Massage Therapy, she combines deep knowledge of Eastern and Western healing practices to help clients manage pain, restore balance, and feel their best. Her specialties range from Medical Qigong and structural integration to body contouring and trauma-informed bodywork, all delivered with a focus on education, empowerment, and holistic care. With a warm, intuitive approach and a passion for teaching, she also offers Qigong classes, continuing education, and natural beauty services—helping people look better, live better, and feel better inside and out.

Her unique blend of the following modalities including Swedish, hot stone, deep tissue, cupping and pregnancy massage.
